We're here to help, whenever you might need.
We can provide a range of support, including via our team of Community Engagement and Support Officers, who can visit you, if that would be best for you.

Your bills
We can also help with your water bills, depending on your circumstances. For example, we offer the following schemes:
Water Support - A 50 per cent bill reduction for eligible households on low incomes
Breathing Space - A way to pause payments for customers, who've had a change in certain personal circumstances that has had an unexpected negative impact on income - such as illness, redundancy or bereavement
WaterSure - A capped tariff for metered customers who meet the eligibility criteria. So, you pay whichever bill is lower - the one based on your actual usage, or an average household bill
WaterDirect - We may be able to arrange for bill payments to be deducted directly from benefits, so you never have to remember to pay a bill.
Sadly, more than half the ‘bogus caller’ or ‘doorstep’ crimes in the UK are committed by criminals pretending to be from a water company, or from the 'water board' - which hasn’t existed for more than 30 years!
So, it’s important to know what you can do to check that callers are genuine before you let them in. For more details, please click here.
If you have any questions about the support we provide, please ask us here and we will respond as soon as we can.
